Sausage Rolls are hot and koue’n treat.
Calories: 360 kcal
- 1 Pack Puff pastry
- 3 to 4 big sausages E. g. Poultry Sausages
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- ½ TL Salt
- 1 Pinch Pepper
- Some Styles Chives
- 2 EL Sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat heat.
Roll the puff pastry out and cut in half the length.
The Egg with 2 TABLESPOONS of water-whisk together.
The sausages out of their skin to remove.
Chop the onion and mix all the ingredients except the Egg non…bowl.
