Pasta with mushroom Bolognese
Pasta with mushroom Bolognese’s a quick and delicious pasta dish.
Calories: 740 kcal
- 500 g Minced meat
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 Onions
- 2 Medium-Size Carrots
- ¼ Tuber Celery
- 2 TL Tomato paste
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 250 ml Meat sauce
- 150 ml Cream
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 3 EL Parmesan cheese Grated
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 TL Salt or to taste
- ½ TL Black Pepper or to taste
- ¼ Federal Parsley
- 300 g Schmetterlingsnudeln Pasta
- 8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes
For the mushroom Bolognese:
Mushrooms cut un…slices. The onions, carrots, celery cut un…small pieces and press the garlic.
The cherry tomatoes, wash and cut in half.
Non…pan with the addition of 1 TABLESPOON of the olive oil, add the mushrooms and sauté.
Then the onions and add and sauté.
Now the carrots and celery and add all to frying. Take out and put aside.
Fry the mince in the same pan by adding 1 TBSP. of the olive oil until it resembles coarse crumbs.
