Basically, you make breaded Schnitzel and mushroom cream sauce to it.

What are the ingredients that you need vir’n Jägerschnitzel?
First of all, you need all the ingredients you need vir’n normal breaded Schnitzel.
- The Schnitzel
- Salt and pepper for Taste.
- Flour, eggs and breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs) for breading.
For the hunter sauce, you need:
- Mushrooms. If you like other mushroom, you can ergo use chanterelles or porcini mushrooms.
- An Onion
- A little bacon cut in cubes
- Vegetable broth or meat broth
- Some Sauce Schlips
- Salt, black pepper and thyme.
What kind of meat that you can use for the hunter schnitzel?
In addition to the pork, you can ergo Turkey schnitzel, Chicken cutlets or Veal cutlets use.
The preparation steps remain exactly the same.
Make sure that the chips are relatively thin, d. w. s of about 6 mm to 1 cm thick.

The homemade hunter sauce make this steak’n big Hit!
Calories: 900 kcal
- 4 Schnitzel Pork, veal, Turkey or chicken
- 2 TL Salt To Spice up the Schnnitzel
- 2 TL Pepper To the Season the Schnitzel
For the breading
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 1 Pinch Salt
For the hunter sauce
- 250 g Mushrooms for example, brown and white mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 150 g Bacon Cut non…cubes
- 200 ml Cup Cream
- 200 ml Vegetable soup
- 1 TL Thyme
- 1 TL Salt
- ½ TL Black Pepper
- 1 EL Light Sauce Schlips
The chips wash and pat dry.
On 3 plates of flour, 2 whisked eggs, and bread crumbs for Breading put.
The Schnitzel first of all, on both sides, season with salt and pepper and then first in the flour, and the Egg, then through the Egg whisked pull to keep the breadcrumbs, and, finally, both sides in the bread crumbs to print.
The Schnitzel non…pan with lots of Oil on medium heat until Golden brown.
The cutlets warm.
For the hunter sauce
First of all, the chopped mushrooms and fry non…pan until they have adopted color.
Then take out and put aside. Now the chopped onion and the bacon in the pan and saute.
Add the mushrooms back in and mix with cream and vegetable stock. With thyme, salt and pepper to season lightly and reduce.
Note: At this point, I will give jou’n little light sauce binder in the liquid and makes the sauce easier to make, since it does not need to reduce as long as to be smooth.
The sauce for 8 to 10 minutes, and again at the end to taste.
