Oven chicken with potatoes and vegetables in tomato sauce
A large oven dish with delicious chicken for the whole family.
Calories: 560 kcal
Cooking Pot, Medium-Size
For the chicken:
- 6 Chicken thighs, upper and lower leg
- Paprikaschote Noble Sweet
For the vegetables:
- 8 Potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 1 yellow bell Pepper
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 2 Roots
For the tomato sauce:
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 2 Onions coarsely chopped
- 3 Cloves of garlic pressed
- 3 EL Tomato paste
- 1 TL Salt
- ½ TL Pepper
- 1 TL Paprikaschote-powder Sweet
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 2 Spring onions Cut in rings.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat heat.
